What we are looking for

The Qualifyze R&D team is growing fast as we expand our software and data platform offering and reaching to new customer segments and markets.

In this context, we seek a highly skilled and effective UX designer to join our dynamic and ambitious team.

This role is crucial in ensuring that our product discovery and design processes are world-class and that we maintain a strong balance between the company's product management, engineering and design leadership.

The responsibilities of a senior UX designer

  • Drive end-to-end UX design (Take ownership of the end-to-end UX design process from initial research and concept development to final hand-over and implementation)

  • Bring your expertise in B2B user research (Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research in a B2B / direct sales + product-led-growth go-to-market strategy)

  • Develop information architecture (Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes)

  • Deliver hands-on visual and interaction design (Create consistent, appealing and robust user interfaces and interactions across different devices and platforms that align with brand guidelines)

  • Develop design systems (Maintain, and evolve the company's design system, ensuring consistency across all products. Work with development teams to implement and document design standards and guidelines)

  • Collaborate with other teams (Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions are aligned with business goals and technical feasibility)

  • Lead in data-driven design (Utilize data and analytics to inform design decisions, continuously optimizing the user experience based on insights gathered from user behaviour and feedback)

Job requirements

Requirements

  • Experience: 5 years+ experience as a UX Designer in B2B, confident and experienced in B2B product research

  • Education: Education in the areas of Human-Computer-Interaction, Interaction Design, Communication Design, Psychology or other design-related disciplines

  • Skills/ Tools: Strong proficiency in Figma, experience in Product Management tools (e.g. Product Board)

  • Collaboration: At your best in a fast-paced and open-communication environment driven by agile methodologies.

  • Portfolio: A compelling portfolio showcasing a range of UX design projects, demonstrating your process and problem-solving skills

  • Language: strong business English

  • Travel: willingness to work in a hybrid environment and travel occasionally
