Role Overview,

We’re looking for a Working Student – Talent Acquisition to join our People team and support our global hiring efforts across all departments, with a primary focus on international markets.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with our People Partners and Hiring Managers to help us grow our team with amazing talent. From sourcing and engaging candidates to creating a smooth and memorable candidate experience, you’ll be part of building a strong and scalable recruitment function that’s fueled by data and collaboration.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment in a fast-scaling international company. 

Main Responsibilities,

  • Support with job postings, keeping the candidate pipeline up to date, and interview scheduling via Recruitee (our internal ATS). 

  • Assist in sourcing and interviewing candidates for key roles across all departments and regions, including Growth, Supplier Relations, Product & Tech, and Quality.

  • Coordinate communication with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Help us review and improve our existing processes to create a more seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.

  • Contribute to recruitment reporting and hiring metrics tracking (e.g. such as time to hire, source effectiveness). 

  • Help organize employer branding initiatives (events, LinkedIn content, Glasdoor reviews etc.).

  • Support other ad-hoc Talent Operations or Talent-related projects as needed.

Who You Are: 

  • Enrolled student in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (Bachelor or Master level).

  • Passion for Talent Acquisition, People & Culture topics, and eager to learn in a dynamic, high-paced environment.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.

  • Team player, curious and proactive by nature.

  • Proficient in English; German or Spanish is a plus.

  • Nice to have: previous experience in the Talent acquisition field, Google Workspace or ATS (e.g., Recruitee) is a plus but not required.
