Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented Supplier Operations Manager to join our team of four.

Your primary responsibilities will include securing authorizations to share the audit reports with our customers, managing supplier onboarding and platform assistance, and promoting our QCR certificates and digital platform features.

The ideal candidate is service-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering excellent experience. Your ability to resolve issues quickly, provide clear guidance, and build strong relationships will be key to success in this role.

Main responsibilities:

  • Requests Authorization Management: Obtain suppliers approvals for customer requests to ensure prompt report delivery.

  • Onboarding & Support: Guide suppliers through the platform onboarding process, providing training and ongoing assistance to optimize their experience.

  • QCR Certificate Promotion: Encourage suppliers to publish QCR certificates on our platform, highlighting their value in improving service quality and credibility.

  • Promotion of Digital Features: Educate suppliers on the benefits of using our digital tools and platform functionalities.

  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in supplier operations and collaborate with internal teams to enhance workflows and service delivery.

Job requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years in operations, customer service or a related field.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

  • Collaborative mindset, working closely with account managers and cross-functional teams.
