Job description
About Qualifyze,
Founded in 2019, Qualifyze is a leading company in supply chain compliance management in the Life Sciences industry, trusted by over 1,500 pharmaceutical and healthcare companies globally. Our digital suite of solutions connects manufacturers, suppliers, and a global network of more than 250 auditors and quality experts.
With a track record of over 4,500 audits across 85+ countries and the largest and most accurate supplier network and data analytics tools, Qualifyze stands as the all-in-one partner for quality compliance and supply chain risk mitigation in the Life Sciences sector.
Role Overview,
The Supplier Account Manager is the central, end-to-end owner of the relationship with the suppliers that are being audited by Qualifyze. This is a high-impact, dual-focus role that combines strategic partnership development with hands-on, operational execution. You will be responsible for establishing long-lasting relationships with the biggest manufacturers in the pharmaceutical industry, thereby fueling the growth of our core business. Simultaneously, you will act as the supplier's primary guide and single point of contact across the entire audit lifecycle, fully owning and managing the process to ensure a seamless and professional auditee experience. You will join a team of 7 Supplier Account Managers and be part of the Supplier Partnerships & Management Team with flat hierarchies and steep development opportunities.
Main responsibilities,
- Own the End-to-End Audit Lifecycle: Take full process ownership from the start, managing all steps including audit date scheduling, CDA signing, and any changes in audit participation or scope.
- Fuel Business Growth: Introduce the shared audit concept to suppliers in your region, building deep partnerships that directly result in client referrals to fuel our core business model.
- Orchestrate Cross-Functional Teams: Serve as the central point of contact to other internal teams (Quality, Growth), coordinating all activities and communication to ensure a seamless, efficient, and professional audit execution.
- Drive Strategic Account Expansion: Analyze supplier needs and organizational structures to identify deeper partnership opportunities, such as expanding our services to additional sites, engaging global-level contacts, securing exclusive partnerships, and cross-selling our full suite services and solutions.
- Improve the Auditee Experience: Gather post-audit feedback and supplier insights, channeling them to our product and quality teams to drive continuous service improvement.
- Oversee Post-Audit Commercialization: Manage all final-stage activities, including feedback meetings and taking full ownership of the authorization process for report re-sellability.
