Role Overview,
As a Senior Frontend Software Engineer at Qualifyze, you play a pivotal role in shaping our technical direction and contributing to the success of our products. You're not just responsible for writing code; you're also a mentor, a leader, and a key influencer in our engineering culture. Your expertise and guidance help drive projects forward, ensuring that our solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities,
Communicate effectively with other team members, product managers, and management.
Follow and contribute to the development and maintenance of our working agreements, ensuring adherence among team members.
Work autonomously, taking ownership of stories, programming, and coordinating tasks without external assistance.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, conveying technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
Serve as a mentor (not manager) for more junior colleagues, providing guidance and support to foster their growth and development.
Collaborate with peers from different functions and the leadership team, impacting departments across the company.
Work mostly autonomously within your scope, requiring light supervision or technical expertise for validation.
Own and solve complex tasks that are part of large projects or lead small projects independently.
Provide technical leadership and expertise to drive projects, influencing architectural decisions and defining technical strategies.
Contribute to the completion of development tasks, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet business requirements.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues, offering insights and solutions to overcome challenges.
Job requirements,
Pragmatic approach to technical solutions.
Proficient in Typescript and Javascript
Proficient in Web Development
Proficient in English communication.
Nice to have: Experience in React, Node.js and TypeScript.
