Main responsibilities

As a Sales Development Representative here at Qualifyze you will be responsible for creating pipeline for the Account Executives to close. You will be handling new leads and your goal is to book as many meetings with potential customers as possible by reaching out to them over the phone, via email or on LinkedIn.


  • Run outreach campaigns using a combination of phone, email, and social touches.
    • Together with your team lead and Account Executive/Director you will decide which outreach methods work best for your market/region and then create a number of touches to guarantee the highest rate of booked meetings with decision makers.

  • Qualifying the leads during a phone call (making sure that they meet all the requirements we are looking for in clients), engaging them and scheduling them for further consultations on the Account Executive’s/Director’s calendar.
    • Leads will be qualified with the BANT method (budget, authority, need, timing) and you will be in charge of making sure that a prospect has a need for the service we offer.

  • Close collaboration with the Account Executive/Director of the respective market to create a strategy on how to tackle the market and book as many meetings with decision makers as possible.

  • Understand the needs of our target prospects and articulate the value that Qualifyze provides.

  • Maintain accurate information on prospects and interaction activities in our CRM (HubSpot).

  • Acquire an expert knowledge of the auditing industry and Qualifyze.

  • Work closely with the Operations and Quality team members to assure excellent service delivery.

Job requirements

  • 1+ year of experience as Sales Development Representative or similar, ideally within pharma/regulated industry but not key.

  • Availability to work within US working hours if necessary.

  • Proficient in English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.

  • Previous experience in the US market is preferable.

  • Strong understanding of what drives a company, focusing on the big picture.

  • Can-do attitude and strong sense of ownership.
