After securing a series-B funding in September 2024, Qualifyze is now focused on expanding to the US market.

As a Sales Development Representative at Qualifyze, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our growth by creating a strong sales pipeline for our Account Executives. You’ll take ownership of new leads, with the exciting challenge of connecting with potential customers through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn.  Your goal? To book as many high-quality meetings as possible, opening doors to new opportunities and contributing to our success.

We are currently hiring 2 SDRs, each operating in a different market, and all will be based in Barcelona:

  • France

  • Germany

Main responsibilities:

  • Run outreach campaigns using phone, email, and social media. Collaborate with your SDR Team Lead to determine the best methods for your market/region, and develop a strategy to maximize booked meetings with decision-makers.

  • Qualify leads through phone calls, ensuring they meet our ideal client criteria, engage them effectively, and schedule follow-up consultations on the Account Executive’s/Director’s calendar to drive the sales process forward.

  • Work closely with the Account Executive or Team Lead for your market to develop a winning strategy to engage decision-makers and maximize the number of booked meetings.

  • Understand the needs of our target prospects and articulate the value that Qualifyze provides.

  • Maintain accurate information on prospects and interaction activities in our CRM (HubSpot).

  • Acquire an expert knowledge of the auditing industry and Qualifyze.

  • Work closely with the Operations and Quality team members to assure excellent service delivery.

Main requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Sales Representative role.

  • Native-level proficiency in English, French, or German.

  • Knowledge of additional languages (such as Turkish, Hebrew, or Arabic) is a plus.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine curiosity to learn, a results-driven mindset, and a passion for tackling new challenges.
