Position Overview, 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Effectiveness Trainer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs aimed at improving the skills and performance of our sales team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our sales organization operates efficiently, effectively, and consistently across all regions and teams.


Key Responsibilities, 

Training Development and Delivery:

  • Design, develop, and deliver a comprehensive training curriculum covering all aspects of the sales process.

  • Conduct initial onboarding training for new hires to ensure they are fully equipped to succeed.

  • Provide continuous skill development sessions to keep the sales team updated on the latest strategies, tools, and market trends.

  • Develop and deliver product knowledge training, market insights, and sales techniques.

  • Conduct regular performance assessments and provide targeted coaching to address identified gaps.


Strategic Skill Development:

  • Focus on strategic skill development and long-term growth for the sales team.

  • Implement value proposition training, including use cases, objection handling, and battle cards.

  • Provide training on advanced sales techniques and closing strategies.


Tools and Technology:

  • Train the sales team on the effective use of tools such as HubSpot (CRM), Gong, Miro, and other relevant technologies.

  • Ensure the team is proficient in pipeline management and exploration training.


Performance and Metrics:

  • Establish common training bases and benchmarking standards to ensure consistency across teams and regions.

  • Leverage geographical inputs to identify best practices and drive exponential improvement across the organization.

  • Work closely with Team Leaders to ensure that training aligns with daily activities, metrics, and performance oversight.


Collaboration and Integration:

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and integration of training with overall business goals.

  • Develop and implement an outbound motion, working closely with the sales team to create new strategies beyond inbound referrals.


Support and Scalability:

  • Provide scalable training solutions that can be applied as the organization grows.

  • Ensure new hires are brought up to speed quickly and efficiently.

  • Adapt and tailor training programs to cover new industries, segments, and markets as the organization expands.

Job requirements

Requirements, 

  • Proven experience in sales training and effectiveness, preferably within a fast-growing organization.

  • In-depth knowledge of sales processes, techniques, and best practices.

  • Strong expertise in using sales tools and technologies (e.g., HubSpot, Gong, Miro).

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to assess training needs, develop training materials, and deliver impactful training sessions.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive training improvements.

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with various teams and stakeholders.
