Role Overview


As a Sales Development Representative at Qualifyze, you will create qualified pipeline by running multi-channel outbound, qualifying prospects with rigor, and booking high-quality meetings for the AE team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Run outreach campaigns using a combination of phone, email, and social touches.

  • Partner with your Team Lead and AE/Director to tailor outreach by market/region and define touch patterns to maximize booked meetings with decision-makers.

  • Qualify leads via live calls (BANT), engage prospects, and schedule next steps on the AE/Director’s calendar.

  • Collaborate closely with the assigned AE/Director on territory strategy and meeting quality.

  • Understand ICP needs and articulate Qualifyze’s value clearly.

  • Maintain accurate prospect and activity data in HubSpot.

  • Build strong knowledge of the auditing industry and Qualifyze’s solutions.

  • Work with Operations and Quality teams to ensure an excellent handover and service delivery.

Job requirements

  • 1+ year of experience as an SDR or similar (pharma/regulated industry experience is a plus, not a must).

  • Availability to work within US working hours if necessary.

  • Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Prior US market exposure preferred.

  • Strong business acumen and “big picture” mindset.

  • Can-do attitude and strong ownership.
