About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Revenue Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role will support our revenue operations function, helping drive efficiency and alignment across our growth functions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations, accurate reporting, and optimization of processes that directly impact revenue growth. If you have a passion for data, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset, this could be a great fit for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management & Reporting: Maintain CRM and revenue tools, ensure data accuracy and integrity, and create dashboards for growth tracking and reporting.
Process Optimization: Streamline workflows, document processes, and support automation to enhance efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams on revenue goals and provide operational support.
Revenue Analysis: Track metrics like pipeline health and retention, providing actionable insights to guide strategy.
Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in an operations, data analysis, or similar role, preferably within a revenue or sales operations team.
Experience with B2B SaaS Metrics.
Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
