Product Owner (Remote / Barcelona / Frankfurt)

This role can also be based in Frankfurt (Germany)

Qualifyze has grown from 2 founders in Frankfurt to over 50 employees based in both Germany and Barcelona - all in just over 1.5 years! As our digital platform continues to expand, we are looking for a Product Owner to help us on our quest to transforming the way supply chain compliance is done, making pharmaceuticals more safe and accessible. As a Product Owner you will

• Be part of an expanding Product Management team, collaborating closely with other Product Owners and Analysts

• Build a thorough understanding of your customers & stakeholders, anticipating the features they want and then help deliver them

• Own your product vertical - form exploration of value to be created to backlog prioritization

• Shape and communicate your product vertical vision, inspiring our product development squads on the way to deliver the best possible user experience in making it a reality

• Shape the strategy that gets us to achieve the vision of your product vertical, deriving concrete objectives that are broken down and turned into actionable development items for our product development squads

What we expect

• A tried and tested product manager (with some years of experience under your belt) who has shipped products (from ideation to a growing market) loved by their customers, preferably in B2B/B2E environments

• An Agile champion at their best in a fast-paced and open-communication start-up environment

• You know how to make use of of user research, analytics and consumer insights to inform your decisions

• You use quantitative and qualitative data and insights to measure your work

• You are able to set success metrics for features iteration and express your reasoning

• You understand technical complexity to be able to make cost-vs-value decisions

• Stellar communication and presentation skills
