Job requirements

We're seeking a Pharma Digital Supply Chain Product Manager who will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, and Marketing, to define and prioritize product features, drive roadmap execution, and ensure alignment with customer needs and business goals. 

Product Managers balance Discovery, Delivery, and broader Collaboration & Communication activities.

Main responsibilities,

  • Product Vision and Strategy: Define the product vision and create a strategy to achieve key objectives aligned with company goals, ensuring that priorities meet customer needs and market opportunities.

  • Product Roadmap, Feature Prioritization & Development: Work with Engineering and Design teams to prioritize and deliver product features, balancing customer value, business viability, technical feasibility, and customer usability.

  • Customer Insights & Feedback: Gather customer feedback through interviews, surveys, and analytics to inform product decisions and enhance user experience.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success/ Quality to ensure product-market fit, launch readiness, and post-launch performance tracking.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and KPIs to monitor product performance, track feature adoption, and drive continuous improvements to meet business objectives.

Job requirements: 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in software or technology-focused products.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry, primarily within B2B or enterprise environments.
  • Strong technical understanding and ability to work effectively with engineering and design teams. 
  • Strong analytical skills. 
  • Business-oriented mindset with the ability to communicate complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Based in or willing to travel to Barcelona or Frankfurt offices at least once a month.
