The purpose of the role

The purpose of this internship is to provide valuable hands-on experience in QMS management while supporting some operational tasks of our core business in auditing. This role aims to enhance your skills in quality management system tasks (management reviews, events tracking, customer feedback…) and auditors sourcing and support, contributing to your professional growth and our team's success.

Tasks & responsibilities:

  • Generation of reports (drafts, finals, existing) starting from the released parent reports.
  • Support the CAPA follow-up of audits (external stakeholder)
  • Authorization flow for the issuance of existing reports (external stakeholder)
  • Support in different admin tasks in the Quality team

Job requirements

Required skills

  • Open and communicative
  • Problem-solving and efficiency-driven mindset
  • Fluent English communication skills in written and spoken (other languages are appreciated as well)
  • High computer and tech affinity
  • MS Office skills
  • Professional behavior in front of the client, auditors, and teammates


Nice to have:

  • Experience in GxP or ISO 9001 environments
  • Experience in the Indian pharmaceutical market
