About Qualifyze

Founded in 2019, Qualifyze is a leading company in supply chain compliance management in the Life Sciences industry, trusted by over 1,200 pharmaceutical and healthcare companies globally.
With a track record of over 3,000 audits across 85+ countries and the largest and most accurate supplier network and data analytics tools, Qualifyze stands as the all-in-one partner for quality compliance and supply chain risk mitigation.
After securing our Series B funding in September 2024, we are accelerating our global growth strategy, including expansion into new strategic markets.

Role Overview

We’re hiring a Senior People Business Partner to join our People team at Qualifyze. In this strategic role, you’ll work closely with the Leadership Team, directly partnering with our Quality, Operations and Finance teams to translate business objectives into measurable people outcomes.

You will be a driving force behind hiring, leadership development, performance enablement, and organizational growth, while also owning a technical spike in one of our key BP focus areas:

  • Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand

  • People Data & Analytics

  • People Manager Enablement

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you’ll be instrumental in shaping how we grow talent, drive culture, and execute with impact.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic People Partnering

  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, using people analytics and insights to guide decisions across your assigned business areas.

  • Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and talent investment discussions in collaboration with the CPO and VP Finance.

  • Coach people managers to build high-performing teams, improve leadership capability, and navigate complex people challenges.

  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation across Spain, Germany, India, and the U.S., working in coordination with People Operations and Deel.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for key roles in your business units, supporting other areas as needed.

  • Drive excellence in ATS (Recruitee) management, candidate experience, scheduling, hiring data accuracy, and hiring manager coaching.

  • Partner with hiring managers to define clear, data-informed role scopes and selection criteria aligned with team strategy.

  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience using our structured 30-60-90 plan to accelerate time-to-productivity.

Culture & Performance Enablement

  • Support quarterly performance check-ins: expectation-setting, real-time feedback, and development planning.

  • Analyze engagement, performance, and attrition data to drive data-backed actions that improve team health and retention.

  • Guide compensation reviews and promotion decisions using structured frameworks and internal benchmarks.

  • Co-develop career frameworks, enablement sessions, and manager circles to elevate leadership standards.

Employee Relations & Organizational Change

  • Provide hands-on support for employee relations topics including performance management and behavioural concerns.

  • Lead communication and execution of change initiatives, from team restructuring to new operating models.

  • Actively support cross-functional transformation projects, ensuring alignment and clarity within your departments.

People Experience & Product Activation

  • Champion the rollout of new people policies and tools in collaboration with our People Experience team, ensuring adoption, usability, and relevance.

  • Maintain a continuous improvement mindset to simplify, scale, and optimize key people touch points and processes.

Job requirements

  • Extensive experience as People Business Partner or HRBP role, ideally in fast-paced, high growth, international environments.

  • Demonstrated hands on impact in talent acquisition, org design, leadership coaching, and performance management.

  • Deep practical and pragmatic knowledge of employment law in at least one of our key markets (Spain, Germany, India, U.S.), with an ability to adapt to others.

  • Confident with a range of people technology including industry HRIS and ATS, using data visualisation tools to inform decisions, all aspects of Google Suite and AI tech to help you optimise as a co-pilot.

  • Fluent in English; additional languages like German or Spanish are a strong plus.

  • High levels of ownership, autonomy, and a bias for action - you get things done while enabling others to succeed.
