Job requirements

This is an intern role so we understand you may have no experience, and this is totally OK. We would not be calling it an intern role if it needed experience. We will teach you everything. We want you to bring common sense and an open mind to work in a healthy, dynamic, and challenging environment.

These are the basic requirements for this role:

  • You are currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Business Administration, Labour law or similar studies (convenio de prácticas will be necessary to do this internship). We cannot offer this role to someone who has already graduated.
  • You are passionate about People and Culture.
  • You are eager to learn and grow.
  • You would love to experience what it is like to work in an agile and international environment.
  • You are positive, dynamic, and hands-on.
  • You speak English and (ideally) Spanish and/or German, but only English is also OK.

Only applications and CVs submitted in English will be considered.
