With the support of other teams, the goal of the Junior Operations Coordinator is to ensure that our services meet all the requirements, and they are high-quality before they reach the consumers.


As a Junior Operations Coordinator at Qualifyze, you will:


  • Support with the daily operations related to the organization of audits including but not limited to planning, staffing and day-to-day problem solving.
  • Review and validate existing contracts as part of a very robust operation process to ensure high quality audits.
  • Liaise with different teams demands and information provision.
  • Liaise with multiple external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, auditors and contractors.
  • Support the forecast, planning and monitoring of a complex calendar of audits around the world.
  • Identify opportunities for improving internal processes and procedures.

Job requirements

  • University degree/professional degree or equivalent work experience
  • You have excellent English Language skills, other languages (Spanish, Chinese, German) a plus
  • You bring 1-2 years of work experience in stakeholder management or in a consultancy with experience in working with customers in the pharma or health industry or similar industries.
  • You exhibit a highly organized and dedicated working approach with a great attention to detail.
  • You have great time management skills and feel comfortable working with changing priorities.
  • You feel comfortable dealing with problems as they arose and work well under uncertainty.
  • You feel comfortable working with minimum supervision and taking ownership of your responsibilities.
  • You place high value on stakeholder centricity
  • You enjoy working as part of a team and across-teams.
  • You are empowered to communicate to people in higher positions
  • Strong tech-savvy skills.
