Role Overview

As a Junior Customer Success Manager at Qualifyze, you’ll be part of the Growth department and play a key role in building long-term, trust-based relationships with customers in the pharmaceutical industry.
Your mission will be to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience throughout the audit lifecycle, supporting customer satisfaction, retention, and potential growth opportunities.

You’ll be the voice of the customer within the company, proactively engaging with accounts and collaborating closely with internal teams such as Operations, Quality, and Product to deliver meaningful outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical clients, ensuring a positive post-sale experience.

  • Act as the main point of contact for operational and support-related topics, guiding customers through the audit journey.

  • Ensure clear communication between customers and internal teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

  • Provide regular updates on audit status, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Anticipate customer needs and provide proactive support and follow-up.

  • Collect and share feedback to help continuously improve the customer experience and internal processes.

  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and updates in our CRM (HubSpot).

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure high service standards.

Job requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Account Management, Client Support or similar).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Spanish. German is a plus.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced, and changing environment — previous experience in a startup or scale-up is a strong plus.

  • Interest in the pharma or life sciences industry.

  • Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
