Job requirements
We are currently looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. As a member of our growing marketing team, you will work closely with the Content & Media, Brand & Content Designer, and Performance Marketing Manager roles to create, maintain, and optimize visual assets, playing an essential role in ensuring our brand's visual integrity across all channels while enhancing our marketing efforts with polished, high-quality visuals.

Creative Contribution: Support the visual execution of marketing initiatives by designing assets that align with campaign objectives, ensuring every element reinforces our brand identity and engages our audience.
Hands-on Implementation: Deliver end-to-end visual asset creation, from design to deployment, focusing on high-impact, ready-to-use materials for marketing and sales campaigns.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Growth teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals for diverse marketing efforts, from presentations to email templates and website updates.
Responsibilities:
Update and maintain visually compelling sales presentations and marketing assets to support the sales team and drive conversions.
Design email templates and visual content, ensuring brand consistency and user engagement.
Perform design updates in the website builder, ensuring accuracy and quick turnaround for marketing-related adjustments.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand visual requirements and develop assets that meet both functional and aesthetic needs.
Contribute to the evolution of our corporate design system, maintaining consistency across all projects.
Prioritize and meet deadlines for asset delivery with a commitment to high-quality output.
Work closely with the brand and content designer to maintain an organized and easily accessible asset library to support the current and future needs of the marketing team.
Stay updated on design trends and tools to enhance the quality and impact of visual materials.
Job Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field, with at least 2-3 years of professional experience in visual content creation.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and experience with digital and offline design formats.
Basic experience in CMS and website builders (e.g., HubSpot, Elementor).
Strong skills in presentation design, with an eye for detail and accuracy.
Experience working in B2B marketing; familiarity with regulated industries like healthcare, pharma, or SaaS is a plus.
Proficiency in motion design/video editing is a bonus.
Fluency in English; additional fluency in Spanish is a plus.
