Job description

We are hiring at Qualifyze - join a growing team!

We are looking for a numbers enthusiast to join us in creating the supplier reliability platform of tomorrow. With headquarters in Frankfurt, we are the leading supplier of quality audit providers in healthcare, renowned for our innovative approach and commitment to excellence. Our vision is backed by Germany’s leading tech VCs (HV Capital and Cherry Ventures) and internationally known investors (H14 and HarbourVest). We aim to build a trust layer for global supply chains through quality and performance data. In our two offices in Barcelona and Frankfurt and remote offices, we count 130+ talented people across more than 45 nations globally.

For the next growth stage, Qualifyze is looking for a skilled and motivated FP&A Manager who will work directly with our executive member VP Finance Simon Rahause to build a new function in the Finance department.

What you will work on:

  • Qualifyze is continuing a hyper-growth stage, requiring us to refine our financial planning and analysis routines, especially regarding revenue and commercial activities.

  • Understand and monitor key business drivers against targets and identify trends, risks, and opportunities to optimize business performance.

  • Leverage financial modeling techniques and scenario analysis to provide insights and recommendations, supporting strategic decision-making, including capital allocation.

  • Implement world-class planning and analysis systems “beyond Excel”.

  • Refine our budgeting and forecasting processes and increase visibility for all budget owners.

  • Partner with all other departments across the organization to ensure we grow strongly and in a SaaS-like margin way.

  • Be part of the core team for key business initiatives like M&A, strategic partnerships, and fundraising.

What you can expect from this role:

  • Have a positive financial and operational impact on the business.

  • There are many ways to leave your mark and make an impact. We have our fundamentals right, but many things in Finance and across the company can still be implemented and developed.

  • Working with a complementary team in a culture-driven organization at Qualifyze.

  • Partner with top-notch finance colleagues who take good care of our accounting and data processes so you can focus your energy on your core responsibilities and always have collaborators on our team.

  • Continuous learning from working with your high-quality colleagues, large areas of responsibility, and the room we leave people to thrive and develop provide an incredibly rewarding learning experience. It is a great opportunity if you aspire to grow professionally and personally.

Job requirements

Role requirements:

  • 3+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis; investment banking or corporate finance background is a plus.

  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and advanced Excel skills; experience with financial planning software (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan) is a plus.

  • Proven track record of leading complex financial analysis projects and driving strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

  • Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Fluency in English and German.

  • You remain positive and solution-focused and keep trying, even when facing challenges, something that didn’t work the first time, or a mistake. You take the learnings forward.
