Role Overview,

We’re building our Data Curation team from the ground up—an exciting chance to shape things from day one! This role is part of our Product and Tech Department, a fast-moving and collaborative team of over 60 people.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Data Curation Specialist to support our audit data workflows. In this role, you'll extract key information from pharmaceutical audit reports, perform thorough quality checks, and accurately enter that data into our internal database. Your work will ensure our systems remain reliable and insights-ready for internal teams and external stakeholders.

Main responsibilities, 

• Review and extract structured data from pharma audit reports.

• Perform multi-point quality checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

• Curate and standardize data before entering it into internal systems.

• Flag any discrepancies or missing information for follow-up.

• Collaborate with quality and operations teams to continuously improve data processes.

• Support other data based projects as and when required.

Main requirements,

• 2+  years of experience working in data processing - ideally technology services or software company.

• Comfortable communicating in English (written and spoken) in a fast-paced, international environment.

• Understand how to use Google Suite and simple databases to structure and maintain data accurately.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with data entry and processing experience. 

• Ability to interpret technical or compliance-heavy documents.

• Comfortable working independently and managing repetitive tasks with care.

• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of data
