For the next stage of growth, Qualifyze is looking for a skilled and motivated CRM Manager with expertise in HubSpot and sales enablement to lead our Sales Operations efforts, working directly with our executive member CRO Markus Schepp to refine our tooling landscape in Growth.

What you will work on:

  • Drive strategic direction and execution of our CRM system, focusing on optimizing Hubspot.

  • Optimize and automate operational processes and workflows to decrease administrative work for Account Executives and increase data accuracy for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ensure seamless integration between CRM, other sales tools, and tools in other departments in collaboration with the operations, data, and tech team (i.a. Amazon Redshift, Netsuite, Easybill)

  • Develop and maintain growth measurements and dashboards in collaboration with the BI team and provide regular reporting to leadership on sales performance and CRM utilization.

  • Collaborate with Marketing on Hubspot campaigns and lead acquisition funnel.

  • Create effective sales collateral, training materials, and playbooks to scale processes.

  • Lead and mentor sales operation employees to ensure alignment with organizational goals, fostering a high-performance culture.

What you can expect from this role:

  • Have a positive operational impact on the business, especially our topline.

  • There are many ways to leave your mark and make an impact. Our fundamentals are right, but many things in Growth and across the company can still be implemented and developed.

  • Working with a complementary team in a culture-driven organization at Qualifyze.

  • Partner with top-notch colleagues across functions.

  • Continuous learning from working with your high-quality colleagues, large areas of responsibility, and the room we leave people to thrive and develop provide an incredibly rewarding learning experience. It is a great opportunity if you aspire to grow professionally and personally.

  • Demonstrated expertise in sales enablement processes and tools.

  • Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
