Main responsibilities

The Audit Operations Coordinator is responsible for meticulously validating customer audit requests and converting them into actual audits by negotiating optimal dates with suppliers.


This role involves liaising with external stakeholders, such as suppliers or distributors, and collaborating with internal teams for streamlined audit organization. As a key member of the team, you will report to the Audit Operations Manager.


Below is a list of key responsibilities involved in this role:

  • Validate customer audit requests, ensuring all required information is accurate and complete.

  • Initiate and maintain effective communication with suppliers to negotiate and secure optimal audit dates.

  • Liaise and build relationships with multiple external stakeholders, including suppliers and distributors.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure efficient audit organization.

  • Identify and address potential scheduling conflicts or challenges to ensure smooth and effective audit planning.

  • Support Quality and Operations Department as needed.

Requirements

  • You have graduated from a Bachelor of Professional Degree.

  • English and German language proficiency on a business level.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Strong tech-savvy skills.

  • Highly organised and dedicated working approach with great attention to detail.

  • You place high value on stakeholder-centricity.

  • You enjoy working as part of a team while feel empowered to solve problems with minimum supervision.

  • You enjoy building rapport with suppliers and have the ability to coordinate multiple accounts at the same time.
