Job description
About Qualifyze,
Founded in 2019, Qualifyze is a leading company in supply chain compliance management in the Life Sciences industry, trusted by over 1,200 pharmaceutical and healthcare companies globally.
With a track record of over 3,000 audits across 85+ countries and the largest and most accurate supplier network and data analytics tools, Qualifyze stands as the all-in-one partner for quality compliance and supply chain risk mitigation.
After securing Series B funding funding round in September 2024, we are now accelerating our global growth strategy, including expansion into new strategic markets.
Role Overview,
As an Account Manager – Key Accounts (France) at Qualifyze, you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission by generating net new ARR through retaining and expanding existing customers.
This role goes beyond renewals: we are looking for someone with a hunter mentality, focused on identifying upsell opportunities and expanding share of wallet within a defined client base.
You will act as a trusted partner for your accounts in the French market, combining strategic account planning with hands-on execution. Success in this role requires a strong SaaS background, preferably in high-growth or B2B environments, and the ability to operate effectively within a Series B startup: agile, hands-on, and adaptable to change.
Experience in the Life Sciences sector is highly desirable, as is a working knowledge of quality compliance or auditing services.
Key Responsibilities,
Manage a portfolio of existing clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
Own the customer journey after the Account Executive closes the deal, ensuring a seamless handover and continuous value delivery.
Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities within your assigned accounts to achieve a 100% share of wallet.
Conduct outreach campaigns to existing clients via phone, email, and social touches to secure meetings and discuss opportunities.
Visit key accounts on-site (+€30k deal size) to strengthen relationships and uncover new business opportunities.
Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers, the supplier sales team, and operations to ensure audits are carried out successfully.
Keep CRM (HubSpot) updated with accurate data on deals, forecasts, and opportunities, following the current sales methodology.
Regularly submit forecasts for the following month, providing detailed visibility into pipeline health and deal progress.
Develop deep industry knowledge in auditing and the pharma sector to engage effectively with customers.
Job requirements
Proven track record in account management, customer success, or a related sales role, ideally within B2B or Life Sciences industries.
Experience in SaaS sales or account management is essential, preferably in fast-paced or tech-driven environments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with clients at all levels.
Proficiency in using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and managing pipelines.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Ability to operate in a fast-changing, hands-on environment with a pragmatic and adaptable mindset.
Life Sciences background is a strong plus.
A pragmatic approach to problem-solving and driving results.
Nice to have: Experience in the pharma industry or knowledge of quality compliance and auditing processes.
What We Offer,
⏳ Flexible schedules throughout the year.
💳 Flexible compensation plan in restaurant/transportation/nursery vouchers.
🌴 25 days of holidays (upgradable to 27 after 2 years and 30 after 4 years in the company).
