With a track record of over 3,000 audits across 85+ countries and the largest and most accurate supplier network and data analytics tools, Qualifyze stands as the all-in-one partner for quality compliance and supply chain risk mitigation.

After securing Series B funding in September 2024, we are now focused on expanding to the US market.

Role Overview

As the first Account Manager on the ground in the East Asia and APAC region, you will play a key role in strengthening Qualifyze’s footprint in markets including China, India, and Southeast Asia.
Based in Singapore, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of strategic customers in the region, building strong long-term relationships, and driving expansion within existing accounts.

You will serve as a key bridge between our regional clients and internal teams across Europe and Asia, ensuring the successful delivery of our audit services and unlocking opportunities for growth. This role requires a native or fluent Chinese speaker, with strong commercial acumen and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of customers in the East Asia & APAC region, with a focus on the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders across China, India, and Southeast Asia.

  • Serve as the main point of contact post-sale, ensuring seamless onboarding, delivery, and ongoing value.

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand account value and adoption of our services.

  • Conduct regular touchpoints and on-site visits with key accounts, especially in China and Singapore.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in Operations, Supplier Sales, and Quality to ensure audit success.

  • Maintain accurate CRM data (HubSpot), tracking account performance, deal stages, and forecasts.

  • Represent the voice of the customer internally and share insights to improve service and product offerings.

  • Actively contribute to shaping the go-to-market approach for the region, helping define best practices as we scale.

Job requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B Sales, ideally in SaaS or consulting environments.

  • Fluent/native Chinese speaker (Mandarin) and fluent in English; additional APAC languages are a plus.

  • Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to build relationships across cultures and seniority levels.

  • Based in or willing to relocate to Singapore.

  • Experience managing international accounts and working across time zones and teams.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).

  • Familiarity with the pharma, healthcare, or regulated industries is a plus.

  • Self-starter with a hands-on approach, comfortable being the first hire in a new regional structure.

  • Ability to travel across APAC as needed to meet clients and support business development.
