Role Overview
As an Account Executive at Qualifyze, will be responsible for generating new business and logos by convincing prospects to sign a subscription agreement with us as well as collaborating closely with the Account Management team to make sure that there is a successful handover to customers outsource as many of their audits to us as possible.
Key Responsibilities
Run outreach campaigns using a combination of phone, email, and social touches
Responsible for managing a 360-degree sales cycle (target as defined in the compensation letter)
Every Account Executive receives a pre-set list of prospects to tackle and will work closely with the SDR of the respective market to build as much pipeline as possible and close as many opportunities as possible
The target will be achieved by signing new logos.
Pipeline creation, keeping a clean CRM inserting all deals into the CRM so forecasting can be done by the mgmt team
Responsible for building strong relationships with prospects to ensure a successful closing, onboarding, and handover to the AM
Close collaboration with the market-specific AM, SDR, the supplier sales team, the quality, operations as well as the marketing team to ensure that the customer is happy with our service
Acquire an expert knowledge of the auditing industry and Qualifyze
Job requirements
Proven track record as account executive, customer success, or a related sales role, ideally within B2B or Life Sciences industries.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with clients at all levels.
Proficiency in using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and managing pipelines.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
A pragmatic approach to problem-solving and driving results.
Nice to have: Experience in the pharma industry or knowledge of quality compliance and auditing processes.
